Nine years of client work teaches you exactly where software breaks — and it is almost never the part everyone is looking at.
Since 2017 we have built for founders, family businesses and enterprises across five continents. The same gaps kept showing up: content nobody could edit, marketing data nobody could reconcile, and operational tooling stitched together from four products that were never meant to meet.
So we started building the missing pieces ourselves. That work became Delnie Innovation Lab. The client practice it grew out of became Delnie Consultancy Services. The two still share one engineering standard, one codebase culture, and one set of people.
It is a deliberately unglamorous advantage: we ship our own software to real users before we ever put it in front of yours.
