About the role
Favhiker is India's first social platform for culinary explorers. The app is only as good as the restaurants on it — which is where you come in.
This is a field sales role. You'll be out meeting restaurant owners and managers, explaining why being on Favhiker is worth their time, and closing partnership deals. Expect to spend most of your week in restaurants, not at a desk.

What you'll do
- Identify, approach, and close restaurant partnerships in your assigned city, from independent kitchens to small chains.
- Run the full cycle: prospecting, first meeting, negotiation, paperwork, and onboarding.
- Own a monthly target for signed partners and for partners who stay active after onboarding.
- Onboard restaurant partners properly — menu, photos, offers — so the listing is worth a user's attention.
- Maintain the relationship after signing; renewals and referrals come from partners who feel looked after.
- Feed structured market intelligence back to the product team — objections, pricing pushback, competitor activity.
- Keep the CRM accurate and current. A deal that isn't logged doesn't exist.
03
What you'll bring
- 2+ years in field sales or business development, ideally in F&B, hospitality, food delivery, or restaurant tech.
- Proven ability to close — be ready to talk through deals you personally signed and how.
- Comfortable with cold approach; a large part of this job is walking into a restaurant unannounced.
- Genuine knowledge of the local restaurant scene and credibility with owners.
- Fluent in English and the local language — for Bangalore, Kannada; for Kerala, Malayalam.
- Self-directed — you'll plan your own week and be measured on outcomes, not hours.
- Two-wheeler and valid licence for city travel.
04
What you'll get
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on signed partners
- Travel and fuel allowance
- Comprehensive health insurance and wellness support
- Dedicated learning budget for courses and conferences
- Generous paid time off
- Regular team events and an annual retreat
