01
About the role
We're looking for someone who lives inside Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube — and can take an account from underperforming to efficient without being told which levers to pull.
You'll own paid search across a portfolio of Delnie clients and our own products, including Favhiker. This is a specialist role: depth in Google's stack matters more than breadth across every channel.
02
What you'll do
- Own strategy, build, and day-to-day optimisation for Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.
- Run keyword research, negative keyword hygiene, and search term analysis on a regular cadence.
- Structure accounts and bidding strategies for efficiency at the account's actual scale, not a template.
- Design and run structured tests on ad copy, assets, landing pages, and bid strategies.
- Own conversion tracking accuracy — GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports, and consent handling.
- Report performance against CPA and ROAS targets, with a clear read on what changed and why.
- Work with creative and content on the assets campaigns actually need.
03
What you'll bring
- 3+ years running Google Ads accounts hands-on, with monthly spend you can speak to concretely.
- Deep working knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max — including where PMax hurts more than it helps.
- Fluent in GA4 and Google Tag Manager; you can debug a broken conversion tag yourself.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in spreadsheets, and able to tell signal from noise in small datasets.
- Experience with lead-gen and e-commerce accounts, and clear on how the two differ.
- Google Ads certification, or the ability to pass it comfortably.
- Able to explain performance to a non-technical client without jargon or defensiveness.
04
What you'll get
- Competitive compensation with regular reviews and performance bonuses
- Comprehensive health insurance and wellness support
- Dedicated learning budget for courses, tools, and conferences
- Flexible and hybrid working
- Generous paid time off
- Regular team events and an annual retreat
