About the role
A cross-channel performance role: Meta, Google, and whatever else earns its place. You'll own acquisition targets for a set of accounts and be measured on cost per acquisition and return on spend, not on activity.
Where the Google Ads Specialist goes deep on one platform, this role goes across the funnel — channel mix, creative strategy, landing pages, and the handoff into CRM.
02
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition for a portfolio of accounts across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Set and defend channel mix and budget allocation against CPA and ROAS targets.
- Brief and iterate on creative — you decide what gets made, based on what the data says is failing.
- Own the full funnel: ad, landing page, form, and the handoff into CRM or app install.
- Build and maintain reporting that a client or founder can read without a translator.
- Run a disciplined testing calendar — audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages — with documented results.
- Forecast spend and expected return for upcoming quarters.
03
What you'll bring
- 3+ years owning paid acquisition budgets across at least two major channels.
- Demonstrable results — be ready to talk through an account you took from A to B, including what didn't work.
- Strong creative judgment; you can brief a designer or video editor and say why an ad is failing.
- Comfortable with analytics and attribution, and honest about attribution's limits.
- Experience with landing page and funnel optimisation, including CRO testing.
- Understands the difference between lead volume and lead quality, and optimises for the second.
- Clear communicator with clients and internal teams.
04
What you'll get
- Competitive compensation with regular reviews and performance bonuses
- Comprehensive health insurance and wellness support
- Dedicated learning budget for courses, tools, and conferences
- Flexible and hybrid working
- Generous paid time off
- Regular team events and an annual retreat
